Frequently Asked Questions


How long does delivery take?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days.

After that, delivery usually takes:

  • UK & US: Most arrive within 5 to 9 working days

  • Europe & Australia: Most arrive within 6 to 10 working days

  • Rest of world: Most arrive within 7 to 15 working days

Occasionally, delivery can take longer — up to around 20 working days — especially in busy periods or unexpected delays.

You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Smaller items might arrive by standard post without tracking — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.


Where do you ship from?

We print and ship your order locally, from trusted partners near you.

That helps keep delivery quicker, costs down, and is better for the planet.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.

For smaller orders, tracking might not be available — if so, we’ll tell you upfront.


Do I have to pay customs fees?

Because we print and ship your order locally, customs fees usually won’t apply.

If you’re ordering from outside the UK or outside the country where your order is fulfilled, you might still be responsible for customs or import fees set by your government.


My order’s late — what should I do?

Most delays sort themselves out within a day or two.

If it’s been over 20 working days and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, drop us a line at:

Do you keep stock?

Nope. Every item is made to order.

It keeps waste down and lets us offer more designs, more often.


What sizes do your T-shirts come in?

There’s a size chart on every product page.

If you’re between sizes, we suggest going up one.

Still unsure? Just ask — we’re happy to help.


Can I return or exchange something?

Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn, original condition items.

You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item’s faulty.

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Personalised or custom orders

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem, we’ll fix it with a refund or replacement.

What if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

Where are your products made?

We work with reliable print partners worldwide.

Your order will be made and shipped from the country closest to you — wherever possible.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

If you’re outside the UK, local customs or import taxes may apply.


Can I request a custom design?

We don’t take one-off commissions, but we’re always up for ideas.
