Terms & Conditions – Ground Designs

Welcome to Ground Designs.

We’re a small British business making football-inspired art and apparel — printed to order and sent with care from our studio to your doorstep.

1. Made to Order

All our items — mugs, t-shirts, art prints — are made just for you.

• We don’t keep stock.
• We start printing once you place an order.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for production and delivery (often quicker).

2. Shipping

We ship across the UK — and worldwide.

You’ll see shipping costs and delivery estimates at checkout. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking info (where available).

Delivery times:

• UK: Usually 2–5 working days from dispatch
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Rest of world: 7–14 working days

International customers: Orders may be subject to local customs charges or import taxes — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Returns & Cancellations (UK & EU Law)

UK + EU Customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason — unless the item is made to order or personalised.

Because our products are printed individually for each customer, we’re exempt from standard cancellation rules.

That said:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us within 7 days of receiving it
• We’ll ask for a quick photo and your order number
• If we’re at fault, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund — no quibbles

Non-EU Customers

Our returns policy still applies, but local consumer protection laws may differ depending on your country. We’ll always try to be fair and reasonable.

4. Exchanges

Because we print to order, we can’t offer size swaps or change-of-mind exchanges.

Please double-check sizing info before placing your order — especially for t-shirts.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

• Drop us an email at hello[at] footballgrounddesigns [dot]com
• We’ll check tracking and speak to the courier

In most cases, delays sort themselves out — but if not, we’ll make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this site — the artwork, words, and designs — belongs to Ground Designs.

Please don’t copy or use our work without permission.

We don’t use club crests or logos — just our own original tributes to the beautiful game.

7. Privacy & Data

We only use your info to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Contact you about it if needed
• Improve your experience on our website

We never share or sell your data.
