Returns & Refunds
We get it — sometimes things don’t quite work out.
Whether it’s the wrong size, a gift gone awry, or you’ve just changed your mind… we’ll sort it.
Can I return something?
Yes. If it’s unworn, unused, and still in its original condition, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it.
No hassle. No interrogations.
We’ll refund you in full once it’s back with us.
(You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item is faulty.)
T-shirts
Please check the size guide before ordering — everything’s made to order, so we don’t carry stock to swap.
But if the fit’s not right and the shirt’s still unworn, send it back and we’ll refund you.
We can’t accept returns on:

Mugs & Prints
Returns are trickier here — they’re fragile and made just for you.
But if anything arrives damaged, scratched or misprinted, send us a photo and we’ll get a replacement out to you right away. No fuss.
Faulty or damaged?
If something arrives broken or wrong, that’s on us.
Just email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll put it right — with a full refund or a free replacement.
How to return something
